  December 31, 2020 - Gifted from a friend. Pale straw yellow, fine bubbles. Smells like sweet apples and pears, little biscuit. Crisp, dryer on the palate than nose alludes, bright acidity, longish finish, with flavors of green apple, pear, lemon, touch of mineral. Not bad. Didn't realize this was Gruet.

  November 7, 2020 - Apple, a little nutty. Nice acidity, lots of small bubbles, creamy. Paired well with some soft cheese.

  August 2, 2020 - While a tad sweeter than Gruet's normal brut, this is still dry yet a little creamy. Really nice summer sipper with a superb price tag!
