February 7, 2016 - Definitely held this one too long - no fruit left and a bit zippy on the finish.

April 7, 2013 - W burger in R-beck. Very good nose and color at the start but this petered out after one hour. Very elegant zin though. It didnt have that usual big zin character. Of course went well with the meal. Drink now.

September 3, 2010 - This is exstremely elegant Zin-More earth and less briar than most-smooth and very ready to drink.

September 2, 2010 - 14.5% ABV. Tasted this over a couple nights and it held it together to the end. Opaque dark garnet in the glass, slightly translucent. Fragrant sweet berry nose with a touch of something that spoke more of ripe Rhone syrah fruit, a sort of super-ripe black olive fragrance. Medium-full bodied with ripe soft mulberry and black berry fruit. Persistent finish. This has aged quite well, in my opinion. 92-93.

August 13, 2010 - Again very enjoyable. Prime time. In addition to what I said before add lots of licorice.
