Community Tasting Notes 1

January 16, 2013 - 2 Days in the Valley- Day 1 (Willamette Valley, OR): nose: There is a bigger intensity to this with dark red cherries, spice tones, dark red fruits, tones of incense and some bits of plums.

taste: Full bodied with medium acidity. Balanced with tones of dark red cherries, spice tones and plums. The tones favor more upfront qualities without being too rich or overdone.

overall: This was a quality wine. Has a larger quality to it and shows the vintage. It is better for earlier drinking, but could use a couple of years to smooth out.
