December 24, 2014 - Similar tastes to my other notes, different pairing. Shared with family and friends and a Christmas Eve dinner of Tur-Duck-En. Sad to see my last bottle go, but everyone enjoyed it.

March 11, 2014 - I am again very satisfied with this wine. Similar to my note on 22 August 2013 with the very same pairing. I decanted again, but this time for about two hours, with very pleasing results. Lots of berry in the nose, and a good amount on the palate as well. Delicious.
