June 5, 2015 - Second bottle a year after my first note. This experience was much better. Showed like a classic Chablis with slate, lime, minerality. The color was still very pale and not yellowed. I had no whiff of age or oxidation this time...bottle variation?

May 5, 2014 - For a 1er Cru, I expected this would hold pretty well for awhile. Disappointed to get the signs of age creeping in on the first sip. A decent, if not exceptional Chablis experience. Best at room temp, some of the signs of age blow off. Second day, same experience. A little boring for what I am looking for with Chablis. Not exceptionally racy or slatey or mineral driven.
