December 8, 2014 - Strong nose of raspberry jam, forest floor, black pepper, and vanilla. Ripe red berries, coffee, lite sweet spice, and moderate tannins on the palate. It's a claret blend but tastes like an Aussie fruitbomb Shiraz. Misleading but still delicious.

December 5, 2014 - This blend has a crystal clear, dark garnet with purple hues. Floral, herb, and berry aromas leap from the glass. Lavender, sage, and a rocky/mineral nuance also show through. Medium body with fine-grained tannins and round juiciness. Sweet floral/herbal/baking spice flavors accompany berry, plum, cherry, and ripe pomegranate on a very 'perfumed' palate. Sweet and savory dried plum flavors and a hint of star fruit linger. Very exotic.
