  March 26, 2023 - Retail $18? Good fruit, a bit of smoke, and certainly some spice on the nose while the palate is fruity, balanced, and enticing. Sure, this might be on the downward slope, but it is quite good right now so drink up!

  May 29, 2015 - Dark red. Medium intensity nose of dark fruit, cedar box, and forest spice. Very dry on the palate with very firm tannins. Full body with medium Plus acidity and up front flavours of plum, baking spices, and mushrooms that give way to cedar box and tobacco on the medium length finish. Oak spices are very much dominant, tossing it a bit off balance, and not enough structure to bring things into balance.

  May 21, 2014 - Tasted better, more grassy black currant than I remember from last bottle, medium to full bodied satisfying mouth feel. Excellent value.
