Community Tasting Notes 2

January 23, 2016 - straw yellow, melon, peach, honey and herbs, rather restrained, refreshing acidity, moderately long. Not interesting enough to stand alone (or just for uncritical quaffing), but good with fish for example. A rather cheap wine and a good bargain.

January 6, 2013 - The first thought that popped into my head was "hmmm, very austere" because it is so very dry, and the flavours are rather subtle. I still have images of it being drunk by a Grand Inquisitor. I think this is apt, because it shouldn't be too chilled. Keep it by the red-hot poker brazier, though not too close.
