  November 17, 2020 - A great tasting experience.
  You really cannot ask for much more from an Oloroso...
  The concentration and length were remarkable.
  A great finish to a meal.

  Mushroom and oak on the nose, vanilla, chocolate, honey, some carbon and roasted meat.

  January 23, 2019 - Nine bottles of Oloroso: Somehow even much more aromatic than 1/14, the intensity is even higher. Develops an interesting note of green pea pods and oolong tea. Harmonic, not pungent, very salty.
