Community Tasting Notes 2

February 2, 2015 - The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like stems and hay/straw. It tastes like asparagus. The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. First taste of Cab Franc alone. Not in a blend. No so good. Must be an acquired taste.

December 29, 2012 - Lighter than the 09, this is still really nice, very "dry" and classic, sappy and refreshing, clean and vibrant, good typicity.
