April 9, 2024 - Big, dark, brooding. This is well made Napa cab. It is notably devoid of the clawing sweet garbage that turns me off to so many of these wines. It is not subtle but with grilled ribeye, this wine does its job well. Not really what I buy anymore these days - I'd rather drink Bordeaux - but this is well made cab.

May 8, 2023 - Decanted for three hours, consumed over two nights.
This opened nicely and is very Bordeaux like. I would say it has peaked, but should hold well for a few more years. -

September 28, 2022 - A classic Napa 2010 Cab. Silky smooth but not unctuous in the least. Perfectly balanced. Blue fruit, black fruit, lead pencil. Tannins have rounded out. Exhibits the freshness of the cool vintage. Happy to have a few left. I’m calling it at peak but will glide at this level for years.

August 18, 2020 - Napa cab as good as it gets. Just spectacular wine. I wish I had a truckload of this stuff.
