November 14, 2012 - Nice wine this. Nose was pretty tight, but the pallette was a big improvement. Very sour, with green chilli (jalapeno?), lime, green apples and elderflower. Lots of acid to hold it together and even a touch of sweetness. Surprisingly complex, and very enjoyable.
