  November 23, 2014 - Tasted blind with friends at Arroyo Vino along with 7 other pinots. This was the favorite of the group. Elegant with bright cherry vanilla fruit in the nose and on the palate. Soft and silky, with perfect balance of fruit, tannin and acidity. Delightful. Runs toward the less dense more elegant end of the Russian River pinot scale.

  April 13, 2013 - Very reluctant to score this an 85... but I can't call this "Very" Good. Upon first taste, blueberries, cranberries and raspberries come through quite a bit and then prunes. and more prunes, more prunes... then there were prunes (see where I'm going here?). Tastes of wet stone and actually some firm tannins that were tasty. Good wine, but not Migration's best effort. I was very pleased with the 2009 Migration RR, but let down here on '10.
