March 5, 2015 - Dull and nearly lifeless upon pop and pour. Very different from my previous experiences with this wine; the nose was nearly mute. It's slowly building some aromas on the nose and flavors on the palate. Nose is on the edge of forest floor and perfume, palate is cherry cola with a finish that's more toward sour cherry with a slight bitterness.

July 23, 2013 - Nose of dark cherry. Palate has a great sour cherry note, more burg style than the typical sonoma coast pinot's. Give this one a nice long decant to get the full effect. Last glass was the best with a long lingering finish, balanced acidity, and fantastic sour cherry.

November 30, 2012 - More of a bite than the 777 Clone. Perfect with a great filet of beef. I believe the bottle needs a little more age due to the bite at the end of the taste.
