November 17, 2013 - Although this is not a vintage, had this in my cellar for around 3 years. Had is with a few other people yesterday and everybody was surprised and expected something else. The quantity of bubbles was lower than a newer equivalent cider. It was darker/straw-yellow in colour, very dry in taste with yeast and light mushroom and dry leaves/almost truffles notes.
