October 23, 2014 - Medium-to-deep ruby/red and presenting a nice package of black raspberry fruit, clove, anise and black tea, this wine follows through on the palate with fresh acidity, nicely integrated alcohol (listed as 13.4%) and light sweet tannins. Tart and fruity in the middle, it closes with a crisp, medium-length finish. It is hard not to like this wine, especially for the price. Drink now-2018.
