  September 9, 2022 - Delicious - I’m sad to drink the last of these. Black currant, raspberry, dried cherry, tobacco leaf, and olives…plenty of structure for this to age into full tertiary splendor.

I haven’t experienced this with my other bottles but of course I didn’t open them a day ahead of drinking. Decant with caution if this bottle is representative.

  November 28, 2018 - A little whiff of barnyard and plastic green pepper but at the proper level to add interest rather than detract. Very ebullient fruit upon opening, medium tannins, and a slightly clipped finish. Tasty at this point...I'm interested in seeing how this ages.
