    September 3, 2017 - Clear light/medium yellow. Medium intense nose of lemon, thyme, oyster shell and light white smoke. Delicious dry lemon flavours with a hint of richness. Balanced dry finish.

    Tis wine shows no signs of oxidation, like the Droin Vaillon. Very pure.
