  Très joli chardonnay, luxuriant, riche, mûr ! Allure dorée et brillante, nez flatteur, un rien boisé encore (qui se dissipe), exotique (ananas), patissier (beurré, frangipane) et floral (lys), il ne fait pas son âge, ni son appellation! Le vigneron la transcende avec un vin assez opulent (1 g de résiduel ? J’ai une sensation suave à l’attaque), ample, qui se trouve ensuite réveillée par une tension acidulée, saline et citronée, tout a fait remarquable !

  It is a very good quality wine with a good balance between acidity and body, a decent flavour concentration and a good finish, however it could be more complex. Can drink now, but it has potential to develop more complexity in 5-8 years.

  July 8, 2013 - Had this with dinner in Autun (near Beaune). Liked it so much I bought three bottles.

  December 2, 2012 - Knightsbridge Annual Holiday Burgundy Tasting and Sale (Northbrook, IL): Tasting, brief note. Moderate apple and pear on nose and palate, but well balanced and energetic with good length. A producer to watch for.
