August 9, 2020 - Nez intense sur la framboise et les épices, avec une petite note animale. Bouche énergique, élégante, fraîche et élancée. Absolument magnifique de finesse. Le chambolle du Beaujolais.

March 28, 2020 - Robe rubis qui commence à brunir;
Beau nez, élégant, très "bourguignon", sur un beau mélange harmonieux de cerise fumée & d'épices. Petit touche de ronce mouillée & de terre humide Bref, très invitant.
Bouche sur un beau fruité élégant entremêlé aux épices douces du début à la fin. Bon corps, bonne densité & longue. Équilibre exemplair. Tout aussi "bourguignon" en bouche qu'au nez. Vraiment Excellent! Malheureusement, dernière bouteille...1 person found this helpful Comment -
