December 25, 2014 - Inky dark, thinning to ruby on the edges, with no signs of aging at this point. Nose is loads of dark fruit with a touch of cedar and a pinch of spice cake. On the palate bramble fruit and fennel seeds; well balanced overall, but the alcohol was quite strong.

September 29, 2014 - Very enjoyable. The only thing keeping this from a higher score was the heat coming through from the alcohol. Chilling the bottle a bit helped.

April 5, 2014 - Inky dark, fruity (but not too fruity), smooth and lovely. A complex and satisfying Syrah and a great value for the price. Will certainly buy more.
