November 13, 2013 - 13,5% d'alcool, 85% Clairette (rose et blanche), 15% Roussanne
Oeil : paille moyennement doré, très forte viscosité en parois
Nez : projection d'intensité 3/10, frais, fruits à chair jaune, carambole, poire, pêche blanche, poire chaude, fleurs blanches et jaunes, touche de vanille et de caramel anglais, beurre salé, très beau
Bouche : sec, gras, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne+, persistance longue, rétro fruitée, florale, amère, touche herbacée et épicée
Conclusion : excellent, très différent, une bouteille à dominante de Clairette qui nous amène ailleurs. Très intéressant.
