    July 3, 2023 - From magnum.

Color/App: medium-deep yellow core with gold tinting; medium + viscosity. Lovely, enticing bouquet of honeycomb, beeswax, lanolin, pear and a touch of lime. Big and lush palate of stone fruit, citrus, honey and marzipan and wet slate minerality. Creamy mouthfeel with good acidity, plump midpalate and a long, delicious finish. Drinking perfectly now and will obviously hold in this format for quite a few more years. Yum!

June 24, 2023 - Tasted blind. Floral notes of lavender soap, fruit of unripe banana and stone fruit, roasted almonds. Dense palate, but soft with a creamy texture. This has aged well, but is unlikely to improve further with first hints of oxidative notes appearing in the distance.

February 25, 2023 - There is no other white in my cellar like this. Truly unique and outstanding in all its sensory delights.

January 22, 2023 - No notes taken. Not really my cup of tea. While it’s not flabby and has a decent acidity spine for a Marsanne, it still doesn’t have enough acidity to deliver a convincing performance. There is some honey, some floral notes and a bit of minerality. But this is not a particularly complex and especially not that well-defined. All in all, a solid wine without any exceptionalism.

August 27, 2022 - Not much acidity but has lots of mineral undertone to make up the difference. Nice lenght
