Le nez s'ouvre sur les agrumes, assez délicat, et la bouche est puissante, très ronde, le vin est à boire car il n'a pas une grosse structure acide, mais il est très bien équilibré. Aucune note variétal de sauvignon, on est sur une bouteille de grande qualité, belle longueur et élégance.

    January 14, 2015 - MASTER ESAGONALE FRANCIA; 1/14/2015-7/30/2015 (HOTEL WESTIN PALACE MILANO): Degustato alla cieca. Dapprima ridotto, smaltato e acidulo, un latticino che ricorda il caglio di un formaggio di capra. Poi la immancabile tonalità verde e freschissima di St. Bris: foglie di pomodoro verdi e piselli.
    Un naso molto delicato, ma saporito.
    Bocca vibrante, avvolgente e persistente, nonostante la delicatezza del naso. Sempre improntata su toni erbacei e rinfrescanti.
    Il finale un pò lattiginoso, da pseudo-dolcezza alcolica pregiudica in parte l' allungo, ma è un vino che tra qualche anno saprà far sorridere.
    Grande bevuta sapida, saporita e di classe.
