May 24, 2014 - Screw cap. Medium intensity aromas that show a nose of lemon, grass, melon and some yeasty notes. Palate is medium-bodied with nice aroma replays and shows a hint of honeyed sweetness. Vibrant acids are a touch astringent, texture is chalky. Medium-long finish. Some saltiness shows up as it warms in the glass.
