January 3, 2024 - A little tired. Faded quickly one the bottle had been opened. Younger bottles of this vintage were magnificent.

April 30, 2023 - Medium garnet colour showing some age in the glass. Straight off the bat, beautiful nose of blackberry, plum and vanilla. Tasting resolves to a very fruit driven and jammy chocolate style of wine somewhat one dimensional at this stage in life on the front and middle palate but bloody lovely nonetheless. Some leather and earthy savoury notes on the long finish all very pleasant experience. Whilst tannins and alcohol are smoothed out this wine should come with a warning as high octane at 15.5% alc.

April 18, 2020 - Deep crimson, colour suggests it is not done despite its age. Nose - medium intensity, red and black fruit, oak and a hint of leather. Nicely perfumed. Medium bodied, nice long finish. Still drinking very nicely and a great style of shiraz. The age has balanced out the high alcohol. Excellent wine.
