November 8, 2016 - Very aromatic. Creamy texture, with peaches and pears and a nuttiness developing. Really in a good place right now. However, it has matured fairly quickly since I had another bottle earlier this year.

January 27, 2016 - intensely aromatic, with peach, almond butter and fresh cut golden apple scents, crosses the palate with creamy flavors of pear, apple, citrus and nuts, long finish, the nuances of iced tea, lemon and white peach last, this is absolutely fantastic right now

October 11, 2015 - Yellow color with a bouquet and flavor mixing citrus, toasty oak, and minerals. Good balance with a nice finish and moderate intensity. Very pleasant.
