Bouquet: Redcurrants, raspberries, sourdough, beers and herbs.
Palate: Bread, sweet beers, cigar smoke, marzipan and cake.
Not a favourite. -

November 7, 2014 - Not sure what to think. Compared to its relatively young age the acidity seems low. Powerful and meaty but lacking structure. An off bottle perhaps?
