November 4, 2016 - Bright ruby color. Deep bouquet of black currants, plums, and spices over notes of eucalyptus, wintergreen, and underbrush. Long, rich, and powerful, with an Umami element that drives the elegant, dark fruit flavors. It's still tightly wound but has such a beautiful spine that it will express itself beautifully if given the chance to integrate.
