October 3, 2013 - Pale straw in color. The nose is clean, lemon, with a hint of bitterness, medium (+) in intensity. The nose is youthful and not very complex. The palate is dry, with medium alcohol at 12.5%. The acidity is medium. The polyphenols are moderately smooth and the minerality is medium. Overall, the wine was quite balanced, with medium flavor intensity and a medium finish. A remarkeably well made, albeit somewhat simple and linear wine. Very food friendly. Drink now or wait another year or two.
