February 12, 2024 - Dinner at SSG. Sadly corked, more so on the nose than the palate and we ended up chugging the bottle anyway because the palate is just so unbelievably silky and delicious.
August 22, 2023 - In a nice spot right now.
The nose mixes som primary fruit notes of cherries, cranberries and other red fruit with forest floor and some northern cheese herbs.
Should easily age for another decade. Is it worth the current price, well, I guess that’s hard to answer for most of burgundy.
January 9, 2023 - (Kurznotiz) Rauchig, tief, dunkelfruchtig, viel Stein. Der Gaumen dicht, gradlinig, top Frucht, sehr schönes Trinkfenster aktuell. Mit Reserven bis 2030. www.vvwine.ch
January 7, 2023 - Opened alongside Bourgogne 12. Made the Bourgogne look simple and a tad uninteresting. Really lovely depth and although this has a long life ahead, no harm to open one now with a bit of air time.
November 22, 2022 - Pas beaucoup de plaisir avec cette bouteille, c'est rough, pas de finesse, beaucoup de verdure et d'amertume, le fruit mure est présent mais en arrière plan. Vraiment pas charmé par ce vin.
October 29, 2022 - Petite déception avec cette bouteille, dure, presque vert, pas ouvert du tout et la bouteille n'était pas défectueuse. effet millésime 2012?
October 28, 2022 - Had this 3 years ago and I was not a fan. This one was even less compelling. Very green and hard. Could not finish my glass.

July 12, 2022 - Dinner with the wine group (Zazie's, San Francisco): Youthful ruby; aromatic, spice, underlying red fruit; youthful, red fruited, some spice, nice balance, medium-plus acidity; finish is medium length. Seems young but with good potential. 91
June 23, 2022 - Smoky red fruit nose, on the palate ripe red fruit, spicy (pepper), saline notes, dense with a good length, very good, ready for business.
