March 19, 2020 - Vincent Girardin Puligny-Montrachet 2011 is a well-made village wine from an established negotiating firm. The scent is fresh with ripe lemons, apple flowers and some ripe pears.
Deliciously acid-powered in the mouth with lemons, red apples, anise and some nutmeg. Almost menthol lift in the acid and it remains in the mouth for a long time with tingling of lemon, oysters, minerals and hazelnuts. Hardly noticeable barrels, after two hours the fruit becomes a bit sparser and the alcohol starts to spike a little. Still good.

December 23, 2019 - Showing signs of oxidation, or maturing very fast, either way this should be finished soon.
Ripe yellow apples, medium acidity, ok but not great.

October 31, 2017 - Slightly oxidized, drinkable though.

April 25, 2017 - Good showing, this bottle was more acidic and a bit less rich than the last.
