June 18, 2023 - Better than last bottle 9 months ago. Although my conclusion is that this is in decline and will be over the hill soon. Fruit came through a lot more in this bottle, as did a lot of tertiary aromas. Did not hold especially well once opened, and day two was almost undrinkable. Drink up!

September 25, 2022 - Must say I was a bit disappointed, seems like I missed its prime, bottle from perfect storage conditions since release. Some fruit still and it’s beautiful but there’s a sharp acidity there that seems misplaced and keeps telling you; You should’ve opened this earlier. Maybe a bottle issue, maybe a couple of years too late.

August 21, 2021 - At full maturity, here you find, truffles, dark chocolate, sweet plums, wet earth and forest floor notes. Soft, refined, silky, and plummy, with a beautiful, dark red pit fruit finish, this is at its absolute peak, so if you have bottles of this, it is time to drink up over the next 5-8 years or so.

March 27, 2021 - Color a lighter purple, no browning that I could see. Tannins long gone. A little acid to frame the secondary fruit flavors. I'd say this is what this wine is gonna be, I'd drink now or over the next 5-10 years. Reasonably tasty juice, nothing crazy memorable.
