September 7, 2014 - I really like this Petite Sirah. The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. It tastes like blackberry. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity. It does not have a lot of tannin so the finish is smooth and tasty

September 11, 2013 - This wine had many evolutions throughout the evening. Upon opening we actually used the word "barnyard" (and laughed out loud, of course). That "perfume" eventually blew off and left something far more enjoyable. I had trouble nailing down the flavors, though, but in the end it seemed like drinking a cherry soda without the actual soda. Overall the wine was more interesting than enjoyable. Perhaps it was just this particular bottle, but it didn't taste flawed, just odd.
