  December 6, 2022 - This bottle still had a lot of acid but butter and nuts flavors were significant. The acidity upset the balance a bit and limited the score of the wine. It went excellent with Thanksgiving turkey.
  I expected this wine to score much more; all the good aged flavor was developing, but the excess acid survived too.

  April 6, 2022 - Impulse buy of the last bottle on the shelf at my local wine store. I've never been disappointed by this producer so it was a no-brainer. For a last-minute purchase to serve at a family dinner to accompany slow-roasted salmon, I have to say that everybody was wowed by it. Despite the color, still very youthful yet with integrated oak. Delicous.

  February 8, 2022 - My last of 12, still drinking quite well. There's an elegant minerality to this with refined golden fruit. To me, it doesn't seem like you want to push the age on these any further.

  November 14, 2021 - Lots of peach and apple, this is somewhat more advanced than my previous bottle from a couple of years back, starting to show a bit of apple cider. Still overall very fun and nicely concentrated.
