February 17, 2024 - Drinking well now. Utterly smooth. Forest floor. Menthol. Pencil shavings. Opened to beath 2 hours in front of consumption. Could definitely use 3-4 hours for those still with bottles.

October 16, 2019 - From a sample from a magnum at Hedonism wines. Thick opaque color. Blackcurrant and blueberries juvenile fruit aromas and cherry kernels. Great structure with fine tannin, acidity and again black fruit and tapenade in the mouth. Smokey mid. Rich and full bodied yet it retains its elegance. An intense and persistent finish to top it up.
This should easily compete with the best Bordeaux, just give it another 10-20 years in the bottle. A shame to open it now with such potential. The best Aussie cab I have yet tasted and very left bank Bordeaux. 96-97p
