October 18, 2014 - Grand nose of coffee and yellow apples. On the palate, more yellow apples, zwieback/kavring bread, coffee, honey and spices (oregano and coriander?), some cedar wood on the finish. Still in good shape with good acid nice mousse.

February 1, 2014 - This was a more subtle taste than I expected, but very enjoyable. Typical yeasty, busciuty flavours, with nice depth.

January 22, 2014 - Full body and crisp, biting acidity. Flavours of citrus fruits and brioche.

June 15, 2013 - Wonderfully light, refreshing sparkling wine that has a fresh lemon sherbert & apple flavour in the mouth but finishes with a perfect pepperiness that leaves you wanting more! Excellent stuff.
