Community Tasting Notes 2

January 21, 2014 - A much better showing than early 2013. Rustic, not gamey, old fruits, supportive and slightly aggressive tannin. Clearly has age but does emit an old world feel. I like it.

February 20, 2013 - Dry and tannic, lacking the raspberry and big fruits one typically sees in Australia. Possibly a bit tired as the primary fruit has pretty much dropped out, and I might have expected more. I wonder if the reds outside of the cab and shiraz just don't get the same attention?
