Smoke, Dark Chocolate, Caramel, earth.Cranberries.
Very floral nose(more than last bottle)
Chicory, Graham crackers. really impressive again.
At 3 hours-brown spices, graphite, bruised blackberries and muted brown sugar.

February 20, 2023 - With Rigatoni and Red Sausage sauce….
Burgundy to Black color
Very elegant with Blackberry, pie crust, dark Cassis, pomegranate, mocha.
Milk chocolate/Black Cherries at 2 hour mark.
Light Fig/Raisenettes at 3 hours.
Alcohol is in check but peaks in and out.
Think this should go into mid 2030’s.
Great QPR at $19.
