Community Tasting Notes 6

February 7, 2021 - Very pleasant surprise. No sign of aging, this still tastes fresh, with a nice acidity underlying stone fruit, peach and apricot aromas and flavours. Well balanced and easy drinking, for now. Probably best enjoyed with food

July 17, 2017 - Very good--weight, balance, rich but not heavy, great Marsanne character. 50/50 MR. Mathias blind party

    May 31, 2017 - oxidized

    May 31, 2017 - corked

May 31, 2017 - purchased 6 on sale. 1st was corked. 2nd was oxidized. 3rd is ok. Almost no nose, a hint of blanched almond, a hint of oxidation, dry chalk; palate medium bodied, a bit austere, slight bitter aspect from alcohol. Not much going on here really, and undrewhelming. But I have to say, it is working with Labanese food, Chicken Lule, Tabuleh, hummus, etc.
