January 22, 2023 - Lovely wine right now at the 15/16 year window. Bright red cherry, red raspberry, and plums up front. Tertiary notes starting to come forward of spice, red licorice, leather, herbs, earth, and subtle tobacco. Nice acidity, smooth tannins, long finish. Great to drink now but no rush.

December 24, 2021 - This was good but a little underwhelming, fading quickly. It felt like there was more lurking underneath but, over five hours, it never fully came out.

June 20, 2021 - Dark fruit, leather and a bracing core, this one exploded out of the bottle, then sort of died down (but was still gorgeous) after a two-hour decant. Sometimes decanting is overrated. My B, I guess.
