Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Shilshole Likes this wine:

January 6, 2013 - A delicious and delicate blend of Pinot Gris (40%), Gewurztraminer (40%) and Riesling (10%). Tony's homage to Alsace comes off clean and bright, with aromas of fresh apricot, starfruit and Golden apple. Pair this with everything from aromatic Asian to soft, creamy cheese to Tarte Tatin.
