October 11, 2014 - Spanish Wine Tasting and Tapas (Albuquerque): Rustic, old world style. Herbal, barnyardy, funky and spicy nose. Darker fruited palate, yet lively acidity and pronounced tannic structure. Medium body, linear, dry. Very much what I was looking for in this 'bottom shelf' find: character without being modern or flashy in style.

August 24, 2013 - OK, I liked it one point better this time! True to the Ribera del Duero region - nice fruit, minerality. Good value.

February 24, 2013 - Expressive nose, notable structure, just slightly thin on the body. Great mouth feel, nice tannins. Great value!
