February 14, 2024 - Cloudy ruby with a slight orange tint. Sevilla orange and a little vanilla cream on the nose. Intense sour raspberries and orange bitters. This is definitely on the downside but has held up fantastically; the fruit is very alive, but I would strongly recommend drinking it within an hour of opening.

May 1, 2023 - Wow, two nights in a row of surprisingly good wines that, according to critics, were past their prime. Still dark in colour with slight bricking on the edges. Beautiful floral nose. Spicy black fruits with a touch of sous bois. Yum yum. Paired well with a perfectly cooked veal chop.

May 28, 2020 - In great shape, color was a dark violet, aromas of sweet grapes and mushrooms. Sorry to have only this one bottle.

March 19, 2019 - Clear bright red with clear edges. Bright red cherry, vanilla and cassis nose. Dry aged red cherry and vanilla flavours and a very resolved finish.
Not especially earthy but more pure aged fruit.
