January 28, 2012 - This wine has probably passed its prime. It opened up after I poured it, but initially it was very light with only a hint of pepper. As the wine opened, it finished with a nice tart after taste. During its prime this was likely a very good wine, but my recommendation is if you have some drink it soon.
