July 23, 2015 - This has developed quite quickly. nose more of green pepper and olive, with only a little plumy fruit left. This was my last bottle and I would advise to drink up soon.

June 8, 2014 - Middling depth of colour. Nose of plum and pepper. Neither heavy nor lean--just perfectly poised. Long on the palate.

January 3, 2013 - Not normally a huge shiraz fan, but we were having roast lamb for dinner so thought we'd give this a whirl. Initially smelled very acidic/bitter but quickly improved after half an hour in the decanter. Flavours of dark chocolate and deep, black berries. Very pleasurable particularly towards the end of the bottle. Excellent with food. Acidity and heavy tannins actually worked in it's favour to produce balance.
