  May 28, 2018 - Bought in 2010, so slightly long in the tooth. Fully mature apple aromas and flavors with some nutty character.

  August 21, 2012 - more toast and yeast notes this time around--has been about a year since I tasted it. Holding on nicely and showing signs of age in a softer bead (though it's still somewhat rough) and less citrus and more bready notes.

  August 19, 2012 - still going very strong. buttered pastry, lemon zest, and almond on the nose; zesty, complicated, and balanced on the palate with a gentle yeastiness and long clean finish. i imagine this will age nicely for a number of years.

  March 4, 2012 - Green apple aromas to start on nose and pallet. Finish also shows a nice lemon and lemon peel character that provides good brightness. Certainly a good value.
