December 21, 2021 - After dinner to cut the fat of pan seared Canadian salmon. Nectarine. Peach. Honey. Grapefruit. Dried peach. Peach candy. Peach gummy. Cider. Even more apricot than peach. Lots of apricot! Orange rind. Chinese grapefruit tea. Lemon.

March 27, 2021 - We compared the in bottle appearance of the 2009 dolce with a 2014. The dark amber of the 2009 compared to the 2014 was striking. We enjoyed the 2009 Dolce with a nice Stilton and savored every drop. The 2009 continues to drink well in 2021.
