December 14, 2014 - Bouchon excellent ; belle couleur rubis sombre, un peu trouble
Nez finement boisé, fruits noirs
Grande fraîcheur
Longueur en bouche, complexité moyenne, le cabernet-sauvignon bien présent, tanins fins mais tapissants - un peu de réglisse - et de violette (?)
Finale sur la cerise griotte
Ce Bordeaux n'est pas un très grand, mais il tient bien son rang
