December 31, 2014 - I served two bottles on New Year's Eve and it greatly complemented our standing rib roast. I purchased these bottles in 1993/1994 and have had then in my cellar since. Fantastic; still some tannins and very flavorful with nice color.
The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, red currant and plum. It tastes like blackberry, red currant and plum. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity. -
